Hotel Dewi Store is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Distribution Officer to join our team in Kuta. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about logistics and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring that our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition.

In this role, you will work closely with our distribution team to coordinate the movement of goods, manage inventory, and ensure that our customers receive their orders efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all distribution activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Work with the distribution team to plan and execute distribution activities.
  • Ensure that all products are handled and transported in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the distribution process.
  • Provide support to the Distribution Officer as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
