As an Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our workforce is aligned with our business goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and our internal ATS.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including regular appraisals and goal setting.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and implement retention strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Bali, ensuring compliance and advising management on best practices.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage HR-related expenses and budgets.
• Represent the company at industry events and HR conferences to network and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a significant advantage.
