📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage the sales team, setting targets and ensuring performance goals are met.
• Forecast sales and provide regular reports to the management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industrial supplies and manufacturing.
