Rejeki Eko Tea is looking for a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to take on the challenge, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our tea products to various retail outlets and customers. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products reach the right customers at the right time, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution of tea products to retail outlets and customers.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.,Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.,Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure product quality and availability.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient distribution processes.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and sales processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to travel to various locations as required.
