📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and evaluate existing energy policies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and advocate for new policies that promote sustainable energy, renewable resources, and economic growth.
• Conduct research and gather data to support policy development and advocacy efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry leaders, to drive policy change.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate policy recommendations and findings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the energy sector and industry trends.
• Participate in policy workshops, conferences, and other events to network and build relationships.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company’s vision and mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Policy, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy policy analysis, research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with policy analysis software, such as Stata, SPSS, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian energy policies and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
