📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Carry out repairs and replacements as needed, using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to our facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proven knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
• Valid certification in relevant areas, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and its unique challenges is a plus.
