Good Mining Practice (GMP) Compliance Manager

Masmindo Dwi Area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Good Mining Practice (GMP) Compliance Manager to lead our operational excellence in Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring that our mining operations strictly adhere to Indonesian mining regulations and international best practices. As part of our commitment to sustainability and responsible mining, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation and ensuring compliance with all environmental and safety standards.

In this role, you will work closely with our mining teams to implement and monitor GMP protocols, conduct regular audits, and provide training to ensure all staff are well-versed in compliance requirements. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and local communities, to foster a positive and compliant mining environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement GMP protocols to ensure compliance with Indonesian mining regulations and international best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with GMP standards.
• Provide training and guidance to mining teams to ensure understanding and adherence to GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and local communities, to foster a positive and compliant mining environment.
• Monitor and report on environmental and safety performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all mining activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and records.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in mining regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, preferably in a compliance or regulatory role.
• Certification in Good Mining Practice (GMP) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and international best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
