📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
