Gate Web Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Provide training and development opportunities for employees.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Previous experience in a similar role at a company of comparable size and industry is a plus.
