📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the baking industry.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the baking industry.,Strong understanding of the baking ingredients and kitchen equipment market.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
