📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the head chef in planning and organizing daily food production.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools is essential.
