📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback,Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and student outcomes,Participate in school events and extracurricular activities,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and grades,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices,Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or equivalent,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal or informal education setting,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and take initiative,Fluency in both Indonesian and English,Valid teaching certification or license (preferred),Passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives
