📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and upskill our team.,Assess the training needs of the organization and recommend appropriate training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the field of medical training and education.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members to help them achieve their professional development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
