PT Jaya Sumber is seeking a dedicated Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Dili. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and distribution, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution processes and address any issues.,Prepare and maintain distribution reports and documentation.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure products are distributed to the right customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using distribution management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and business practices.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
