📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and guidance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in store audits and quality assurance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
