As a Dining & Welcome Hostess at MiA Restaurant, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable moments for our guests. You'll assist with table setting, provide recommendations for our diverse menu, and ensure our restaurant remains a welcoming and inviting space.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, using our in-house reservation system.
• Assist with table setting and ensuring the dining area is clean and presentable.
• Provide personalized recommendations for our diverse menu, highlighting seasonal specialties and customer favorites.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Assist with cash handling and payment processing, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Promote our restaurant's events, specials, and promotions to our guests.
• Uphold our restaurant's policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and well-presented dining area.
• Familiarity with basic cash handling and payment processing procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from a variety of backgrounds.
• Enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
