📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
• Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to maintain exceptional cleanliness.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree trimming, and decorative enhancements.
• Implement and monitor cleaning protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to plan and execute major cleaning projects.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping and landscape management.
• Proven track record of leading and managing housekeeping teams.
• Certification in Environmental Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
