📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety.
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Optimize kitchen workflow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve restaurant performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international culinary techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
• Valid food handler's certificate.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language.
