📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the team.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at various recruitment events.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
