📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the work of distribution officers and provide guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to product distribution.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
