📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Educate patients and families on their healthcare needs and treatment options.
- Advocate for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare system.
- Coordinate care plans and services with healthcare providers.
- Assess and monitor patients' social and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical social work.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical social work role.
- Certification as a Medical Social Worker (CMSW) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Bali.
