📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers arriving at the reception area.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company and its services.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.,Assist with event planning and coordination when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
