Cafe Elsa Shop is looking for a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a vibrant and dynamic team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.,Handle cash deposits and bank transactions as required.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to work remote hours, including evenings and weekends.
