📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial audits and review internal controls.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Advise on financial matters and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
