📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Manage and oversee the accounting department's operations.,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.,Handle tax-related matters and ensure compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.
