Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and standards is a plus.
