📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents and manuals between Japanese and Indonesian.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between Japanese clients, partners, and Indonesian teams.
• Provide real-time interpretation during presentations, negotiations, and technical discussions.
• Ensure accurate and efficient communication to support project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and other professionals to bridge communication gaps.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the manufacturing sector.
• Support the R&D Department in achieving its goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Japanese interpreter in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector and related technical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional and culturally sensitive approach to communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese studies, linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher) is a plus.
