📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and material handling.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems using SAP and other relevant software.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with the production team to align inventory with production needs and schedules.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with RFID technology and other advanced warehouse management systems is a plus.
