• Developing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyzing project data and providing valuable insights to project managers.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed within the agreed budget and timeline.
• Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office to create and manage project documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records of project costs and expenses.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction estimation.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and equipment expenses.
• Proficiency in using construction estimation software such as EstimateOne, Blue Beam, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
