📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and grow our social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, from planning to analysis.
• Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to inform our content strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Support the development of our website and other digital assets.
• Assist in the organization of marketing events and promotions.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
