📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for critically ill patients.
• Monitor and maintain patient records, including documenting observations, treatments, and responses to care.
• Participate in ward rounds, conferences, and team meetings to discuss patient cases and coordinate care.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including IV therapies and pain management.
• Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter management, and dressing changes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care nursing through continuous education and training.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and infection control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
